Baker, William Dennis “Bill”
Passed away peacefully on November 23rd, 2024 in his 69th year. Devoted husband of Debbie (nee Sutton). Loving father to Ryan (Jacqui) and Jody (Shane). Caring grandfather of Grayson, Braiden and Brienna. Beloved son to Mabel and Donald Baker, son-in-law to Mary and John Sutton and adored baby brother to his 6 brothers and sisters.
A magnetic personality, Bill was loved by all who knew him. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and his Dofasco Golf League. An avid outdoorsman – Bill loved golfing, hunting, fishing, working in the Maple Bush and most of all helping out his family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in memory to Emmanuel House.
To Ryan, family and friends, our deepest condolences on the untimely loss of your father, grampa and friend. Words are not really enough for this. We can only say that you will have all your memories for the years ahead and in that way, Bill can stay with you.
We are so very sorry. Bill was a pleasure to work with. He always had his men’s back.

With our heartfelt condolences to the Baker, Sutton and extended families. We are deeply saddened to learn of Bill’s passing. We first met Bill and Debbie when their children Ryan and Jody were very young. Mary and I played baseball with their mother Debbie for many years at Rosedale. Bill was very much a “family” man, always willing to help others and looked at you with his beautiful smile. He will be sincerely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Many thanks for your friendship Bill, you will never be forgotten. With much love, Mary Johnston and family/Terri Mattachini and family.
