It saddens our hearts to announce the passing of Jeff on August 4th, 2023.
After a long, hard fight against cancer, Jeff leaves behind his wife Sonja and his children Emily (Crosby) and Jordan (Sarah).
He will be missed by his siblings Mark, Phil (Louise), Jane Renaud (Danny). In laws – Rose Repchull (Patrick O’Rielly), Cindy Suffoletta (Frank), mother-in-law Karola Peranich (Oma) and his nieces and nephews.
Though Jeff’s life was cut short, he had an amazing life filled with great family and strong friendships (Steve and Tom Kilgour, and Frank Balluff).
We would like to thank the staff at Juravinski Cancer Centre for the amazing care and guidance they gave Jeff throughout his journey.
Jeff’s Celebration of Life will be held on September 17th, 2023 between 11am – 4pm at Shawn & Ed Brewing Co., located at 65 Hatt St Dundas, ON.
In honour of Jeff’s life, donations can be made to Food Bank Canada or Luso Canadian Charitable Society.
Although I never got to meet Jeff personally, I’ve heard so many amazing stories about him through Jordan & Sarah. I wish I had the privilege of meeting him but I look forward to hearing more of their stories and memories shared over the years.

Most people would be hard pressed to find a friend like Jeff. He was my best friend,never complained about being sick or in pain. Probably because I did enough complaining for both of us. Loved so much and is going to be missed even more. RIP my friend.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear nephew Jeff after his stoic battle with cancer… he will always be in our hearts and memories. Jeff will be missed by so many.

Jeff just had a calmness about him that entered the room with him. A sense of ease when he arrived knowing everything is gonna be ok, and it always was. He was never far from our thoughts and now always in our hearts. May the entire family take solace in knowing they are related to one cool guy. Big hugs to you all.

Jeff was always professional and a gentleman. He made me feel like I was his most important customer and took time to educate me. We were not close and I haven’t seen him for many years but I respected him and appreciate the positive affect he had on me.
My condolences to the family regarding the loss of Jeff. Such a lovely and kind man, gone far too soon. I’m sure he is watching over his family. Cancer took another beautiful life.

I respected him so much, his name and reputation will be forever unmatched. Whenever we were together we always had a laugh,sometimes that’s all we did was laugh. He was like a Brother to me and a soul I shall ever miss.

I’ve known Jeff for quite a few years through work. He helped me out in many difficult situations but the thing I will remember most about Jeff, was how he talked about his family. A truly great man that will be missed. Rest easy Jeff.
