The Lord, in His infinite wisdom, has taken unto Himself our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother on Friday, January 21, 2022 in her 89th year, after a short illness. Dear wife of Peter Vanden Berg for 66 years. Cherished mother of Glenda and Harry Piersma, Audrey and Jacob Van Wyck, Jeffrey Vanden Berg, Douglas and Irene Vanden Berg, Peter and Lydia Vanden Berg, Gary and Elizabeth Vanden Berg, and David and Anneke Vanden Berg.  Loving grandmother of 27 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.  A loving sister to the late Kathleen Hamstra, the late Jacob and Grace Hamstra, the late Rev. Gerald and Theresa Hamstra, the late Ralph and Jeanette Haalstra, Peter and the late Audrey Hamstra, Lysbeth and Alan White, and Annie and Peter Thomas.   A loving sister-in-law to the late Bas and Tina Vanden Berg, the late Arie Vanden Berg and his wife Jannie, Jack and Mary Vanden Berg, the late Bart Vanden Berg and his wife Agnes, Dick and Irene Vanden Berg, and Tiny and the late Bernhard Van Gorsel. Visitation on Monday, January 24th from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. at EBENEZER FREE REFORMED CHURCH, 253 Weirs Lane, where the Service for Wendy will be held Tuesday morning at 10:30. Interment to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Bonisa Mission, Trinitarian Bible Society, or Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary.
