Martin Samuel Zuliniak
1949 – 2021
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing on February 17 of our brother Marty. Predeceased by parents John and Rose Zuliniak. Brother to Terry (Linda), Bill (Debra), Jean Quigley (Pat), David (Karen) and Lora Lynn Sharfenberg (Les), as well many cousins, nieces and nephews. Marty was one of a kind and lived life his own way. He was known for his Ravine Bashes, Sucker Sunday and Carp County Open to name a few. He promoted his home town of Dundas all the time and talked to as many people as he could. A special thank you to Blackadar Continuing Care and St. Joseph’s Hospital for their care. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will happen whenever A Hearty Handshake is permissible.
Terry, Bill and family
I just want to offer my condolences on the loss of Marty. I didn’t know him well, but well enough to say you all nailed it when you prepared what I would call his life story.
My thoughts are with all of you at this difficult time.
Rest In Peace Marty . The world cups of the future are not going to be the same ????
Marty had such a kind heart and was so much fun to be around. He loved Dundas with all his heart.
My condolences to his brothers and sisters.
RIP dear cousin. ❤
To the ZULINIAK FAMILY. I met Marty many years ago while your Father, John, was with us at Thornberry, Outlaw Real Estate, and found him to be a very likeable and happy guy. Your Father was proud that Marty was a free thinker and did it HIS WAY. Our sincerest sympathies in this difficult time.
God Bless

Had a good chat with Marty a few weeks ago picking up some Ravine Bash shirts…”how’s it going’ Butts”…He helped make Dundas, Dundas…Condolences to all the family…
It was heart breaking news to hear of Marty’s passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the Zuliniak family. Marty was a Dundas icon and a special part of my life and the rest of my family (the Grants) since we were in our teens and beyond. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by myself and all who knew him.
Sincere sympathy to all he family and many fiends of Marty, to know
him was a great pleasure. Will never be forgotten.
Rest in Eternal Peace, Christine and David.
I have many fond memories of our years together at St. Augustines. His grin never changed from year to year and every time we met over the years, we reminisced about our school days. He was definitely a Dundas Treasure!
Deepest sympathy to all his family
My condolences.
Marty was just a part of the Valley town. Everyone will miss his infectious grin. He did a lot of good things for Dundas and lived life his own way. He will be missed. The Hunt family
Sincere condolences to Marty’s family❤️ He is going to be missed for his mischievous smile, his funny stories and his love for Dundas.
Marty and I were classmates in St. Augustine’s School back in elementary-school days. Eventually because my family moved, I was transferred to St. Bernadette’s and even though we now lived only blocks from each other, we drifted apart. I last saw Marty at my father’s funeral in January 2007. He came up and reintroduced himself to me and I was happy to see my old childhood friend again, but with all of the things happening that day he drifted away again. If we could go back in time, I would not have let us drift apart, but kept our old friendship alive. We were blood brothers back then and that was supposed to mean brothers forever. Marty I miss you.

We wanted to send a poster when Monty ran in the Hamilton-Wenworth election for the Rhinoceros Party. Thanks for the memories!
