It was with shock that I heard of Lauries passing. Laurie worked with me the evening before her passing. Her outstanding care for her patients, the pride she took in keeping the boards very neat and organized, her decorating of the unit (with the help of her family), her obvious love for her family will be forever missed. Rest in peace.
My deepest condolences to Alan Cynthia Daniel Evan and all of Laurie’s family.
I hope the strength Laurie built in this family will help all of you to bear your loss.
My prayers are with all of you. Sharon

Laurie was a wonderful woman. In such a short period of time I learned so much about her her family what she loved and of course her work habits as she orientated me at Mcmaster. Laurie loved her family unconditionally and birthdays were super important to her, let alone keeping the “work board” super organized; she was genuine caring and compassionate everything an amazing nurse should be. Laurie was a beautiful woman inside and out and will be greatly missed by all that knew her! RIP beautiful angel xo
I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Laurie. She was an extraordinarily kind, devoted nurse who led by example. Laurie will be remembered for her compassion towards her patients. She spoke frequently of the love of her family. It was a pleasure and an honour to have worked with her. I will never forget her distaste for “Banana Bread” or bananas. Alan, Cynthia, Daniel and Evan I am profoundly sorry for your loss, May God bring you comfort in your grief.
Very sorry for your loss
Our deepest condolences on the loss of a lovely woman. May the years of memories be a reminder of all the wonderful times shared. Our thoughts are with you.
