Brewer, Jean Lillian – (nee Baker) – Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday January 6, 2016 in her 102nd year. Jean was predeceased by her loving husband Gordon (2009). Cherished mother of Fred (Donna), Robert (Paddi), Ron and Rick (Vicki). Much loved grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to Jean’s friends and the staff of Bertram Place. Cremation has taken place and in keeping with Jean’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
I love you so much and will miss you Grandma. Thank you for always making me feel so loved and wanted. I have a million memories that I will remember always. Every time I make your butter tarts or any other baking it will be in honour of you. Carson, Milla and Kyan love you so much and miss you. I hope you and Grandpa are having great hugs and smiling, a better example of love I don’t think I’ll ever see than how you two were together. I will love you forever! Carey
The loss of someone dear is never easy but take comfort in the fond memories of your mother. Jean was a wonderful, elegant person and will be sadly missed.
Our deepest condolences to you Rick, Vicki and the whole family upon the death of your mother. The loss of a parent is always tragic no matter what their age. But may your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. “….in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” Romans 8:37.
Sincerely, Gayle and Willard (Tam)
