TER WEEME, Hendrik Eliberth Jacob – Beloved husband, father and grandfather, Hendrik passed away on September 23rd after a lengthy illness. He will be greatly missed by his wife Renee, his children Jody, Paul (Ela), Peter (David), and grandchildren Nick, Hannah, Mhairi and Chloe. Older brother to Cees (deceased), Annette Wehmeijer, Michiel (Vicky) and their families in the Netherlands. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 31st at Cattel, Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas. The family wishes to thank Dr. Nash and the staff at Wentworth Lodge for their compassionate care during Hendrik’s time there. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wentworth Lodge would be much appreciated.
My deepest condolences to my lovely Tante Renee, Paul, Peter, Jody and entire family. I will always have fond memories of Oom Henk. Gone but never forgotten.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of your husband, Hank. Please accept my deepest condolences.
We know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love.

I do recall the wonderful times I experienced with Henk as the head of his family. I visited the family frequently and Henk always made me feel welcome and was willing to help me in any way he could.
I have fond memories of that time and that will always stay with me.
I hope Henk has found peace now.
