Blysniuk, Dorothy Diane (nee Howes) – With immense sorrow we announce the passing of Dorothy Diane Blysniuk on October 3, 2014 in her 85th year. Born in Dundas, February 19, 1930. The daughter of the late George and Margaret Howes. Dorothy will be sadly missed by her loving husband Alex Blysniuk. Greatly loved and missed by her children Carol (Bill) Chesney, George (Shari) Anderson, Debra (Wayne) Anderson-Porter, Cheryl (Don) Forshner, Patti Dyment and son in law Gerald Baresich. She was the beloved grandmother of Shane Phillipo, David Phillipo, Rachel Anderson-Gleeson, Beth Taylor, Amie Barter, Leah Anderson, Zachary Anderson, James Porter, Nicole Porter, Chelsea Forshner, Trisha Forshner, Sarah Dyment-Smith, Jessica Dyment and fourteen beautiful great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her first husband Ronald James Anderson from Troy, ON. Predeceased by much loved sisters and brothers, Ruth Howes, Helen Paddon, Alex Howes, Jean Patterson, Bill Howes, Grace Webb, Sue Jaggard and Betts Nelson. A “Celebration of Life” will be held on Friday October 10th from 1-4 p.m. at the Collins Brewhouse (downstairs) 33 King Street, West Dundas. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, (ICU Unit) or St. Joseph’s Health Care London (Ivey Eye Institute).

Sorry to hear about the loss of you mom. As I read her obituary it is evident that she has been very blessed with children and grandchildren and while her body is not with us, she will definitely live on in the hearts of them.
