SIWAK, Louise (neeRobinson) It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Louise Siwak surrounded by her family at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on Wednesday, April 2 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Siwak (2007). Loving mother of Diane and Rick Murray of Grimsby, and Carol Adamo and Mark Pongetti of Hamilton. Cherished grandmother of Crystal Murray and John Vieira , Scott Murray, and Gabriel Adamo. Adoring great-grandmother of Jessica and Michael. Predeceased by her parents Agnes and Leslie Robinson and brother George. Louise will be fondly remembered for her vibrant spirit, sense of humour, and passion for gardening. She was a loving and caring person who always put others first. The selfless hours devoted to volunteering at St. Joseph’s Villa and coffee hour at St. Mark’s Church were very precious to her. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her, including her many friends at St. Joseph’s Estates and St. Mark’s Church, lifelong friends Mary Stout and Jackie Butler, and special friend Priscilla Bayliss. Special thanks to Debbie Robinson and staff at Dr Bob Kemp Hospice for their exceptional care and support. Visitation will be held at the Cattel, Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas on Sunday, April 6, from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will take place at St. Mark’s United Church, 1 Lynndale Drive, Dundas on Monday, April 7 at 11 am. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment to follow at a later date. In memory of Louise, donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice or St. Mark’s United Church (Kitchen Renovation Fund) would be appreciated by the family.
