As a close friend of my late mother’s, May and the Heslop family were a fixture in my childhood with frequent family visits and coffee get-togethers between May and my Mom. As an adult, I was delighted to get to know May better when we attended the annual women’s weekends at Crieff. Mom and my attempt to help May into the top bunk, and the hilarity that prevailed, is a favourite memory. It didn’t take long for me to see why my Mom had chosen May as a friend. Sincere condolences to the Heslop family. Love Leslie and Craig (that cheeky Knox elevator guy)
So sorry to hear about May’s death. She was such a down to earth person and the matriarch of a large beautiful and close family. She will be greatly missed and has given a great sense of history to her family. Sending love and prayers to family. Thinking of you all, with memories of happy days.
Ohhh…Aunt May. You will be missed. I will remember her with great fondness.
The family she raised speaks volumes to the kind of lovely people that Aunt May (and Uncle Roy) were.
My thoughts are with all of you during this time.
Love, Alison.
My sincere sympathy to all the family In your loss.
We are so sorry to hear of Aunt May’s passing. She was a wonderful, talented lady. I’ll always remember as a young girl seeing the dresses she made for the girls-the most beautiful things I think I’ve ever seen. May the good memories of your Mom (and Dad) help you through this difficult time. Our most heartfelt condolences to the whole family.
Love, Heather & Gerry and family.
My condolences to entire family.
