Pete Kinzie was my godfather. “Uncle Pete” was always larger than life to me as a youngster. Always friendly, Pete was always kind, and funny. He seemed genuinely interested in how I was doing in life and to a young lad these are things that you remember and take note of. A great story teller, the thought of Pete has always brought a smile to my face. I was saddened to hear of his passing.
Godspeed Uncle Pete.

Pete and Glenda were great friends. I’m sure Phil and Pete are up there reminiscing about their good old days in Burlington. May he rest in peace.
There are few things more worth celebrating than a well lived and long life.
Our thoughts are with the Kinzie family during this difficult time.
Rest in Peace, Pete.
Pete was one of the Greats. Great friend and excellent Captain. Each flight was full of laughs and memories. He also enjoyed playing lumber Jack at our home in Caledonian.
God Speed Don and Colleen Kershaw
Deepest condolences! Sounds like a free spirit. <3
Thinking of you and the family at this difficult time. Much love xx
I enjoyed many happy times with Pete during high school days and after he became a pilot. I reconnected with him a few years ago.
I didn’t know the family but my condolences—-
He will be missed.
Peter was a great man, he talked a lot about his travels
and always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are with the Kinzie family.
