Dear Shaver Family:
Clint has always been a much loved member of my family. Dan, Brad and Matt have very fond memories of Dorothy and Clint as babysitters and neighbours. I’ve always loved you Clint for the sweet man you have been in my life. I know your children and grandchildren will miss you greatly but they were so lucky to have you. Love Sue xo
I certainly admired Clint and his friendly approach to everyone and me as young person growing up. I remember Clint playing ball and one time giving me a ride home from Dundas in his 1956 Chevrolet 2 Dr. Hard Top and listening to the catchy tune “Green Door” while we whipped along Highway # 8. I enjoyed his visits out West when he and Dorothy would drop in. He will be sorely missed by family, friends and neighbours. God bless him and my his soul rest in peace and his spirit live on forever.

As a 10 year old girl working on my family’s cucumber and tomatoe farm in Westover, I can remember Mr. Shaver coming in to buy tomatoes. He always had a smile and a joke to share.. I know it’s been over a year but I am sorry to hear of your loss.
