Our beloved Mother, Nana, Tante, Friend…. Antonetta Annamaria Daniëls (nee Udo) passed away peacefully in her 102 year at Wentworth Lodge, Dundas, Ontario on January 4 surrounded by love.
She has joined her soulmate Joseph (Jo) her loving husband for 64 wonderful years.
Predeceased by her parents Martinus and Grada Udo (Baars), parents-in-law, Antonius and Wilhelmina Daniëls (Uijtenbogaart), brother, Chris and Bep, sister Guus and Hein and sister-in-law Tiny and Jaap.
Survived by her caring children Josée and Ed, Grace and Mathieu, Michelle and Herman, Trudi and Lyle, Ron and Adriana.
She was a much loved Nana to her treasured grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great great grandchild who always brought a sparkle to her eyes.
She also had close relationships with all her nieces and nephews in the Netherlands.
Mom and Dad emigrated with four daughters to Canada in 1957 and were blessed with a son in 1959.
Their close friends, Henk and Janie Vandervelde, emigrated with their family the same year, and their children have continued to bring their love and laughter into Mom’s life.
A special thank you to the nursing staff, personal support workers, nutrition and other support staff of Wentworth Lodge for their dedicated care and compassion during Mom’s stay there. Gratitude to Dr. Singh.
A private family funeral mass will be celebrated, cremation to follow with internment at a later date at White Chapel Cemetery.
Mom’s favourite charity was “The Good Shepherd” for anyone who wishes to make a donation.

Ron, Bernie has been reflecting on all the good times he spent at your parents home growing up. Our prayers and sympathies.
