Sincere condolences from the Powers and Musson families. Our mom, Shirley Irvine, very much enjoyed spending time with Scott at the Villa and helped her still feel connected to her friend Marie. May you know peace and comfort during these difficult days.
Ron and Maggie Simpson would like to express their deepest condolences to Joanne and family with the passing of Scott. Ron especially who was a one on one volunteer with Scott will miss him. We were privileged to spend a great deal of time with Scott over the years he was at the Villa and visited him shortly before he passed. Unfortunately we will be away on September 25th and will miss his celebration of life. We will remember Scott in our prayers.
We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Scott, a true warrior and leader . Our condolences to Joanne, Drew and Megan, and Carly. He taught us all such a great deal about love and compassion, and about never giving up, even in the face of certain adversity.

Scott was my rep years ago (2000-2007) when I worked in automation. I still remember the day we had lunch and he told me about his Huntington’s, I cried and cried and am sure he felt awkward! I tried to blame my tears on my pregnancy at the time, but the truth was, I couldn’t believe how cruel life is to hurt someone so young and full of life. He was such a fun, honest and kind man. I am so sorry that his life was cut short – someone like Scott deserved to have a long life. I only just learned of his passing. RIP Scott! You touched so many lives. Much love to his wife and kids who ge often shared stories about – gosh he loved you all so much.
