It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother shortly after her 90th birthday with her loving family at her side at Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday April 11th, 2015. Sadly missed by her children Glenda Mc Donald (Len Martel) Mary Rumley (Grant) Irene Boyle (Robert Totten) and two of her step children Phyllis Mc Donald and William J. Mc Donald Jr. Will also be missed by many of her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Hebert of Killarney, Ontario. Predeceased by her late husband William (Bill) J, Mc Donald, son Joey Mc Donald, two grandsons Wesley Lahaie and Nicholas Boyle, sisters Flora, Ella, Robina, and brothers Raymond, Bert, Urban and Elwood. A special thank you to the Hamilton General Hospital Acute Stroke Unit, CCAC, Paramed Home Healthcare, VON Respite Care. Visitation will take place at the Cattel, Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main Street Dundas, on Tuesday April 14 from 2-4 & 7–9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at ST. AUGUSTINE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 58 Sydenham Street in Dundas, Ontario. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Augustine’s Catholic Church (Dundas), Good Shepherd, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
Dear Mary and family, What a wonderful woman your mother was. She exuded love for you in beautiful ways. You have my deep sympathy for your loss. I hold you in my prayers as you go through this time of saying goodbye. Blessings to you all.
