I’m so proud that Gladys was a great friend, and co-worker with me for many, many years. She had a big heart, a unique sense of humour, and a huge personal dedication to her job(s). We shared many fun times together, and she will be sadly missed. My heartfelt condolences to all of Gladys’s surviving family for your loss.
So sorry for our loss of Tupper. Brian will miss sharing their email jokes. They always made us laugh. Love your cousins Brian and Ginny
I first got to know Gladys during the strike in 1969 at Stelco. I drove into the plant with her on the first day. I was so nervous and she chatted all the way and made me feel comfortable. Over her years at Stelco I got to know her better. She was a wonderful person and always finished the conversation leaving you smiling. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Always remember she will live on in your hearts forever and will only ever be a thought away. Susan Apro
