With heavy hearts, and after a courageous battle on Wednesday, August 27th 2014 in his 55th year. Loving father of little Joe (Alyssa), Tyler, Liam, Sam, Krystal and grandson Connor. Cherished son of Joe and Valerie. Also sadly missed by his sisters and brothers Sherry (Vaughan), Mike (Neva), Vicky (Richard), Reg (Kim), Dan (Bev). He will be sadly missed by 9 nieces and nephews and one great nephew. A special thanks to Carmen as well as all the Dr’s, and nurses at the Juravinski Hospital as well as all the health care workers that were involved in Joe’s care. Friends will be received by the family, on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m at the Cattel, Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas, where the Celebration of Joe’s Life will be held on Wednesday September 3, 2014 at 2 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to C.A.P (Cancer Assistance Program) would be appreciated by the family
It is with heavy hearts to hear of the passing of Joe. We will always remember him warmly and feel not only honoured but truly blessed that we had the pleasure of knowing him. He always made the most out of life and upheld a positive disposition while doing it. Joe will deeply be missed but never forgotten.

Our first years in Dundas were ones in which we were welcomed by the Walsh family. They were high-spirited and had a love of life. Joe, Reg and Vicky were especially memorable. Our condolences to you all.
The entire Hutcheon Family is deeply saddend by the loss of one of the truly nicest guys I ever knew,our familys go back over 40 years and we only hope that one day you will be able to speak about Joe without tears,I wish the boys all the best and hope they deal with the loss of there Dad as best they can,I love the picture of Joe it reminds me of all the times we spent together up North with the guys having a great time and that is the way I will Always remember Joe we all lost one of the truly nicest guys I ever came across.

So sorry to just here about Joe, worked with him and his Dad, A real gentleman, loyal friend with a big heart. He will be missed.
I am finding it difficult to express my sadness in hearing of the passing of Joe. I worked with Joe and his father for a number of years and supervised Joe for several of those years. He was a great person to work with, friendly, hard working and had many interests. My thoughts and sympathy go out to his family and friends.
