Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 11, 2022 in her 90th year. Reunited with the love of her life, Murray and her first-born daughter Christine (Bernie). Loving mother to Barbara (Laverne), Donna (Brian) and Beverley. Proud Grandma to 9 grandchildren and their spouses as well as 17 beautiful great-grandchildren. Bess will be remembered as a selfless mother and wife. She loved deeply and was deeply loved in return. A private Service will take place on Friday, January 14 at 11:00 a.m.. The family is deeply saddened to acknowledge the death of Phyllis Ella Irene on Friday, January 7th, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Healthcare in her 85th year. Devoted husband, Chuck (Charles) since 1959 and loving caregiver since 2013 is left to mourn. The family is tremendously impressed and proud of the way Phyllis dealt with her copious health concerns over the last number of years. Cherished mother to daughters, Janice and Julie and son, Drew and his wife, Heather. Loving Grandma of special grandson, Isaac. Sister of Bradley (2005), wife Helen of Palgrave, ON and Karen of Bath, ON. Phyllis was a teacher with the Hamilton Board of Education and later, after raising her family, with the Wentworth County Board of Education, retiring in 1997. Phyllis was a long-time member of Ryerson United Church, Ancaster; taking the lead in the formation of the church’s first Chancel Guild under the leadership of the Reverend Dr. D. Graham Tipple. Chuck and Phyllis were very active after retirement being members at Sackville Hill Seniors and the Hamilton Tartan Social Club. Cremation, at Phyllis’s request, has taken place. Because of the current health concerns a gathering will not take place. A private interment at White Chapel will be attended by family. The Reverend Paul Rodey assisting. It is with deep sadness we must announce the death of Norman Kenneth Cameron early in the morning on January 7th. Norm died peacefully at home in his sleep, having been tenderly cared for by his wife of 64 years, Marlene. He was a loving and caring father to sons Stephen, Kenneth and Norman and their wives Michelle, Jennifer and Karen, and his grandchildren Andrew, Jane, Nicholas, Lizzie, and Gwendolyn. He was predeceased by sisters (his “girlies”) Ruth (Maurice Wade), Jean (Fred Booth), and Barbara (Ted Walker), and is deeply missed by his bother-in-law Barry Tait (wife Ariane and son Cameron). He also leaves many cherished nieces and nephews. Born in Hamilton on November 12, 1934, he was the son of Kenneth and Mabel Cameron. Norm worked as a journeyman electrician for over 50 years and was a member of the IBEW. He was a Master Mason and twice master of The Lodge of Strict Observance. He loved to sing in his church choirs, with the Albertones, and with the Scottish Rite Choir. A special joy for him was the fellowship of preparing Out of the Cold Meals for several years. He left the world a better place because he lived. Well done, good and faithful servant. A private family service will be held. Peacefully at Wentworth Lodge on Friday, December 31, 2021, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Doll) and dear father of Wayne (Dawn) and the late Gary and father-in-law of Judi. Sadly missed by his 5 grandchildren; Matthew (Terri), Natalie, Benjamin (Robin), Stephanie (Brent) and Joe and by his 4 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother and sisters. Ernest was a member of the RASC England following WW II. Friends will be received by the family on January 13, 2022 from 1 until 2 o’clock at the Turner Family Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas. Peacefully passed away at the age of 83, on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at St. Peter’s Residence in Hamilton. Predeceased by her parents Myrtle Lampman and David Muir, her sister Arlene Stables and brother David Muir. Suzanne had many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who all adored her. She was retired from International Harvester/Case. The family thanks the staff of St. Peter’s Hospital (Dogwood Terrace) for their wonderful support. A private graveside service will be held at Holy Sepulchre, Burlington at a later date.

Unexpectedly in her sleep on Monday, January 3rd, 2022, Madeline has been rewarded with everlasting peace having been a faithful and devoted wife of Melvyn for near 59 years, a nurturing mother of Murray and Michele, an adoring Grandma for Misty, Marina and Melody’s proud great-grandma to Tanner, Haley and Damian. Cremation has taken place and a social time of celebration will be held at a later date.
Passed away peacefully at The Meadows LTC on December 28, 2021 in her 94th year. Dear daughter of Ovid and Sadie Minchin. Loved sister of John Minchin. Dear friend of Judy Willson Trotman, Elaine deRuiter, Julie Evans and Tracey Snelling. Reta was a long time employee at Stelco. Reta was a proud Navy Reserve Veteran. She enjoyed travelling, golfing and curling. As per Reta’s request, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. Donations can be made in memory to the RBG or the SPCA.
Keizer , Terence (Terry) Bernard William -72 of Hamilton , it is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing on December 26 at Hamilton General Hospital with his loving wife Frances and his son Terry by his side. Terence (Terry) is survived by his devoted wife, Frances, children Terry (Crystal van vlymen) Keizer, Travis Keizer, step children Bobby (Pam) Bigras, Shawn (Kat) Talbot, Carrie-Ann Bigras, grandchildren, Savannah, Liam, Xander Keizer, Benjamin Keizer, Hunter Bigras, he is survived by his sister, Paulette (Curtis) Davidson his brother Marshall ,he will be missed by his many nephews and nieces, He was predeceased by his parents Terence and Prenia (Davis) Keizer, his brother Kevin and a daughter in infancy
Terence (Terry) loved sports, most importantly his Detroit Redwings, he would like to entertain people with his many stories and his Whitty sense of humour, Terence (Terry) was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather and always made sure to tell you he loved you, he missed you, and he was proud of you after every conversation

December 20, 2021- Died peacefully at St. Peter’s hospital after a short and courageous battle with cancer. Charlotte was born in Kitchener on April 7, 1946. She moved to the Hamilton area as a teenager and has called Dundas home ever since. She enjoyed travelling, playing cards with friends, gardening and swimming at the community pool in her retirement after a long career at Scotiabank. Charlotte was known for the gift of gab and being quick to laugh. Charlotte was greatly loved by her children Travis (Margot) and Jonathan (Angela), and grandchildren Seth, Amelia, Josephine, and Vivienne. Charlotte will also be missed by her sister-in-law Arlene Real (Greg) and many close friends. Per Charlotte’s wishes there will be no funeral service. If desired a donation to Canadian Cancer society or Dundas Community Services can be made in Charlotte’s memory.
