He was a passionate skier, windsurfer and tennis player and did each for as long as he was able. Deep gratitude to Dr. Ghert and Dr. Shargall and the whole health care community for their efforts in taking care of David. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 22 from 12-1:30p.m. at Turner Family Funeral Home, 53 Main St. Dundas. A Private Family service to be held following. It saddens me greatly that David suffered a tortured passing but I am happy that he such a strong loving family supporting him through it. My condolences to Jolanta and the whole family.
Dave you were always a joy to be with. You are sorely missed.
Yolanta, Geoffrey, Siobhan, Julia, Joanna and grandchildren of David, the sincerest of condolences to each of you. David and I were Hamilton AM Rotary club members. Being in his presence (and with Yolanta) was a much loved and enjoyed experience. Whether at the Rotary BBQ, club meetings, the Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner events, or simply connecting when out in the neighbourhood, time with David was a great joy. He brought a marvelous sense of humour, most interesting conversation, and a common sense to the world affairs and life worthy of note and interest.
Loss of a dear loved one, especially a husband, father, stepfather and grandfather, is deeply felt. For each, wishing you peace, fond memories, and comfort in the knowledge David was a respected, admired, and much loved friend.
May he RIP.
David was a consummate professional and a real gentleman. My condolences to his extended family

Dave was a giving Rotarian
The first time I had the pleasure of meeting Dave and getting to know him, was at my first Rotary Ski Day, January 14/93!
I remember organizing his 65th birthday cake at our regular Wednesday morning Rotary meeting
RIP Dave
May your family treasure their memories, as they are timeless
