Drieman, Annemarie (nee Dicker) – November 9, 1929 – November 18, 2017
Is now resting in God’s loving hands. She died peacefully at home on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 88. Annemarie was the very loving wife of Frans for 61 years. Also a devoted and caring mother of her 2 children John (Mary) and Francien (Mike). Loving Oma to her grandchildren Michael (Melissa), Derek, Justina, Timothy and Geoffrey. Survived by her two brothers Wim and Luke (Els) and remembered by sisters-in-law Louise and Lia. Annemarie was the most giving and caring person who always put others first. We will never forget her elegance and warmth. Funeral Mass 10:30 am Saturday, November 25 at St. Augustine’s Parish, 58 Sydenham St., Dundas. Reception to follow in church hall
Our deepest sympathies to Oom Frans, John, Francien and family. We are so sorry for your loss, but happy that Annemarie spent her final moments surrounded by loving family in the comfort of her home.
In memory of Annemarie’s life, we have so many precious memories of being their close neighbour’s for 22 years. We shared many special times, partying, wonderful dinner’s and watching home movies of their many trips abroad on the side of our white stucco house. Annemarie will be fondly remembered by us for who she was, and always in our heart’s. With special love to her and family and our deepest sympathy. Guy & Marilyn Kellett
Beste Frans,
My deepest sympathy to my cousin Frans and Francine, John and sisters in law, Louise and Lia. Annemarie was always very special to me and although I am far away my thoughts are with you all.
Dear Frans and family: Our deepest sympathies at this difficult time. We have known Annemarie for 26 years and we are grateful to God for the time we shared together. We miss her so much; she will always be in our hearts and prayers.
