Dear Donna and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Ted was such a kind person. He will be missed by many.
Dear Donna and family
So sorry to hear of Ted’s passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Donna – my deepest condolences.
I was lucky to work with Ted at Turner’s (formerly Cattel, Eaton, and Chambers), and he was always there with or for a laugh, but also with a kind heart. Oh, he could be gruff, yes, but he was much respected and cared-about by all of the CEC family.
Our Christmas parties were great fun, and at some restaurants, it was fun to tease Ted a little about his desire for unknown, “strange,” “weird,” and, “what is THAT” food. He was sometimes willing to try this or that, so that was always a good thing. In-house-made duck breast prosciutto at Rapscallion sticks in my mind, as once he tried it, he really loved it. We all did.
Ted’s love of our Valley Town never left and he was proud to have worked for Dundas for many years. He had great stories that I enjoyed so much.
Much love to Donna, and condolences to his family, of whom he was also very proud. We once took a “Zess tour” of Grove Cemetery, with uncle this one and aunt so-and-so. It was really interesting.
Our thoughts are with you Donna at this difficult time.I always enjoyed talking and joking around Ted.He sure was one of a kind.đź’•
As Simon’s Mom, when Simon and Kim dated and eventually married I was welcomed into this easy going, caring family.
In a nutshell, a friendly likeable fellow! I am glad that I got to know him.
Ted liked to chat and get to know people and accepted you. He had an easy way with people and he made you feel that he enjoyed your company.
When his illness took over, It was hard to see him struggle with his breathing and for the longest time he struggled on.
Dear Ted, I am so happy that you are now free to be with friends and family in the next world and breathe a new world!
I’m sorry to hear about Ted. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
So sorry Aunt Donna to hear of Ted’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers to you and the family at this difficult time.
