After a brave battle with cancer, Yolanda passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital on September 28, 2022 in her 61st year. On behalf of the family we would like to thank her whole team at the Juravinski for the care of our mother and sister. Loving mother to Stephanie (Andrew). Caring sister to Remy (Ann) and Errol (Terri). Predeceased by her parents Jaap “Jack” and Jantina Knol and dear friend to Dave. Yolanda enjoyed spending her free time with her Dundas Tim Hortons Crew and the loving company of her cat Rue. She loved the sunshine and fresh air of the outdoors. She will be missed by many but not soon forgotten. “I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always. As long as I’m living, my mommy you’ll be”. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 2-4 p.m at Turner Family Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Cancer Assistance Program or Canadian Blood Services.
