Lauretta and I met in a hockey arena at 5 am over 50 years ago, both watching our sons practice hockey. We remained very good friends ever since. Lots of laughs (Lor was a champion of laughter) and good times. She will never be forgotten and will remain in our hearts forever. God bless you Lor, we love you. Give Roy a hug.

Our family was truly blessed the day my cousin Roy married Lauretta. She was a person that always made you feel welcome. And the person that could always be counted on to make you laugh. I’m sure Roy was waiting for her with open arms. Two of my most favorite people together again at last. Rest in peace.
Our deepest condolences to you Sheri and your family. Your mom was a firecracker and full of energy and laughs. Cheers to you Lauretta, I raise my glass to you (as I know you would enjoy) and may you now Rest In Peace you beautiful soul. Sending out love, thoughts and prayers to you all.
Deepest condolences to the family. She is on a wonderful voyage where she will meet up with Roy the love of her life.
Some of my fondest memories as a teenager were the camping trips Lauretta and Roy took me on to Long Point.
Lauretta was an incredible person who even when the worst happened, she carried on and met every challenge.
She will be missed.

Lauretta was a wonderful neighbour. She was so kind to us and to our kids when they were growing up. We always enjoyed stopping to talk with her on our walks as she genuinely cared about how we were doing and was always ready to laugh. Lauretta never forgot to send a Christmas treat and card to us every year.
We will really miss her and are sending healing prayers and comforting hugs to the family.
