I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Jain at CT Branch Support many years ago, and she had such a wonderful and generous spirit. She started a tradition within our department, of honouring everyone’s birthday with a special poem or song dedicated just to them. This tradition was passed on to me (and what big creative shoes I had to fill!) and I carried it on for several more years, always hoping I was able to meet the high standards Jain had set. There are still photos somewhere in our storage rooms of the Annual Summer BBQ and silly games that were played at your home in Lambeth, where Jain graciously opened your home to all of us. My thoughts are with your family at this very sad and difficult time.

Jain, Chris Buntin and I worked together at CT, Upper Wentworth Branch, in the early 1980s. It was Jain who suggested saving each pay in an Account she called “Cruise Control” The 6 of us had wonderful trips to PEI, Nova Scotia, Cape Cod, The Dominican, Panama and El Salvador, courtesy of “Cruise Control”—-wonderful memories!! So sorry for your loss, Peter, Helen, Joyce & Dolly
