Peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, October 15, 2015 in her 59th year. Cherished and loving wife of Robert. Devoted mother to Jesse (Angela), Robin, Elizabeth (Alan). Much loved grandmother to Lucas and Mila. Fondly remembered by her sister Tina, brothers Martin (predeceased), John, Henry, Ignace and Peter as well as her sister in law Cathy and brother in law Barry. Nellie will also be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews and many friends. Special thanks to Siji, Samantha, Mike and all the Staff at CAMA Woodlands. A Funeral Mass for Nellie will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S PARISH, 260 Herkimer Street, Hamilton on Saturday, October 24th at 11 am. Cremation has taken place. An interment of ashes will take place at St. Augustine’s Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Society would be appreciated by the family.

I knew Nellie when I worked at the Spec years ago and have never forgotten what a sweet and lovely girl she was.
I am so sorry to hear about dear sweet Nellie. We all loved her and remember her as a sweet loyal friend. So many great memories! Ryan Patrick and I have all of you in our thoughts!
