My dearest friend, Elaine, has been taken away too quickly. She brought such joy, laughter, and kindness. The laughter we shared still rings with me. The tears we shed at moments of loss were followed by words of love for each other. Rest in peace, my dear, dear, friend. You are, and will always be, loved. My deepest condolences to your lovely family. Forever in my thoughts and prayers, Mary
Our deepest condolences to Elaine’s family. Elaine was a beautiful person who loved her family and friends. She was a joy to be with. Her strength of character and her love, laughter, fun and quick wit were such a comfort to us. Elaine was the wind beneath our wings and our belief in all beautiful people and deeds. She is now with her beloved Ross and daughter Susan. She smiles down on us and tells us all is well with them now. Rest in peace, our dear friend. Your memories will last until we meet again. Mary & Marv
Mrs. Lake was a familiar sight to me every day as she got out with Jaxon. My sincere condolences to her family. Her smile is missed. John E.
We will miss her greatly, her happy face and wit will be missed by all her family and friends, of whom there were many. Our condolences to her family. Till we meet again, Sue and Eric.
Elaine and I worked together for many years at the CIBC in Dundas and it was always a pleasure to have her as a co-worker and good friend. She had a wickedly funny sense of humour and kept everyone in stitches, including the customers. I remeber going to many of Ross and Elaine’s parties in the 1980s and Elaine was a greta hostess. She will be greatly missed and our condolences go out to the family.
Janet and Mike Parker.
Our sincere and deep condolences to Elaine’s family. Elaine will be greatly missed but very lovingly remembered. My time spent working with Elaine at the CIBC were years filled with fun, laughter and joy. She was always quick with a smile, a joke and there for support whenever needed. Elaine “lived” every day, and enjoyed the comfort that being outdoors brought her. Warm thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Tonia, Jim & family
It is with great sadness that we learned of Elaine’s passing. She was a bundle of Life whenever we or the other tenants in her building saw her coming or going with J axon. She was the kindest person with such a zest for Life. My Daughter spoke with her on a daily basis and was extremely sad to hear that Elaine was gone. She will be sadly missed by so many people from our Building. It will never be the same not seeing her and J axon coming or going from their daily excursions. May God Bless her and keep J axon well at this very sad time. Deepest Condolences to her Family and Friends as she was a Lovely Lady and could make you smile even when it was hard too. Bless you Dear Lady.
Such a lovely lady. Always cheerful and friendly . Going to miss seeing her walking Jaxon! Loved your great spirit. Rest in peace.
We’ll all miss your sweet smile and great sense of humour. It was our pleasure to know you. Paul and Corienne Bart, Kevin and Allison Jowett
