Extending our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Groth’s family. A better neighbour you could not find! She had such a generous heart which I will forever remember even though we haven’t seen each other since I moved from Cooper Street in 2001. She’d share vegetables and flowers with me from her garden and even bring over some of her cooking and baking. Mrs. Groth would watch over my home when I was away and complement me on the white laundry hanging on my clothes line. She had a beautiful smile and a twinkle in her eye as she`d chat to me from her window or stop after one of her rushed walks back from shopping. I`ll never have another neighbour that I loved like I loved Mrs. Groth. She was a very special lady and a friend to me. Mrs. Groth will be so happy to be joined with her beloved son, Berny.
