Passed away peacefully on February 9th, in his 73rd year, in the loving presence of his family. Peter fought a brief but very courageous battle against cancer. Predeceased by his wife Mary Jane. Survived by his beloved son, Kevin, devoted daughter Tracy and her friend, Gord. Special thanks to the friendship, care and encouragement of nephew, Glenn. Peter is survived by his sister, Mary, and his brothers, Bill and Tom. Peter will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Peter was a retiree of Proctor and Gamble, an avid gardener and staunch Tiger-Cat fan. He was also a long time member of Christ Church Flamborough. Many thanks to the dedicated nurses of the CCAC who helped provide care for Peter in his final days. Friends will be received by the family on Sunday afternoon and evening from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Turner Family Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas. Peter’s Service will take place at CHRIST CHURCH ANGLICAN, 92 Highway 8, Dundas on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.

So sorry to hear about Peter, its been so long (too long) since I saw him, reminding me that we should stay in touch with people we are so fond of. I always remember Peter’s garden.
Rest in peace Peter.
It was so sad to learn of Peter’s passing. I knew him during his term as a very capable Chairman of the Executive Committee of a local community organization that we both served on.
Tracy, you took such wonderful, loving care of your Father! Keeping you, dear friend, in my heart and in my prayers!
Love
Jeannie
I was sorry to learn of Pete’s death. He was a good analyst to work with in the P&G labs. I didn’t visit or attend only because of my operation on the 10th.
We miss you at the Flamborough Horticultural Society.
