I knew Bill as a longtime friend of my brother. He was respectful, kind and witty. His love of cars and animals was clear but secondary to his love of family. A remarkable man!
Honoured to be able to call you my father in law. I will always have fond memories of camping at Pinehurst and the cool bikes you made for Ryan and Kevin when they were little. Will miss seeing you outside on the porch when we walk by. ❤️
Ron Donovan and Bill Lowe were both kids who “grew up” on our block of York.
