Dear Darlene, Sorry to see that Dave lost his battle. I worked with Dave on and off at American Can/ Ball in Hamilton.
He was a very conscientious worker and was always a gentleman to all the ladies.
I am very sorry for your loss.

Dave was a very fine man! I enjoyed working with him in cubs and scouts for many years and our family have lots of great memories from that time. He was such a good Akela and dedicated to the kids and their scouting experience. I have to say that winter camping was probably my most memorable!! Dave was always so good at making kids want to be better through their badge work and camping. I’m so sad to know that is he is gone. May God watch over you and your family as you go through this very difficult time.

Darlene and family: I am so sorry for your loss. It seems such a short time since I last saw him.It has been a season of losses for you recently but this is the most painful of all. He was a lovely genleman and a gentle man- very uncomplaining, open and concerned for others more than himself or so he seemed to me. It was an honour to have had a small hand in his care and to have met you both. Sincerely and with heart felt condolences, may God bless you. Nella
