1943 – 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we sadly announce the passing of our most loved Sister and Auntie. Daughter of the late Richard and Marj Jenkins. Sister of Roger (predeceased), Linda (Ray – predeceased), Rosemary (Ken), and Beth. Auntie to many nieces and nephews.
Tanya was a dedicated nurse, and a lover of all animals and nature. Our deepest gratitude goes to Margaret’s Place Hospice. Cremation has taken place, and as per her wishes, there will be no service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Turner Family Funeral Home, Dundas.
‘Till we meet again.
Very sad news, but no more suffering.
I’m glad that I got to know Tanya through the Caminantes. I hold fond thoughts and memories of her.
She will be missed. 🙏🏼❤️
I also got to know Tanya through the Caminantes and was very fond of her. I would often run into Tanya in Dundas and we would laugh that we were the only people we usually see in town while running our errands
I have very fond memories of Tanya and the entire Jenkins family while growing up on Wilmar Court in Dundas. I remember her lovely smile and she always had a pleasant greeting for everyone. Sincere condolences to a wonderful family and may she rest in peace.

So sorry to hear the news about cousin Tanya.Although we had been out of touch for many years I have fond memories of her and the times we did spend together.
Sincerely
Cousin Bev Hykel
I worked with Tanya when we worked together In the Emergency dept at the Vancouver General Hospital. Tanya left and worked in a Saudi hospital for years. We always remained in touch and I always looked forward to seeing her when she came to Vancouver. Tanya was a wonderful, witty, kind person who loved nature and cared about animals. I will miss you Tanya.

I worked alongside Tanya in Vancouver, what a wonderful kind, caring, smart jovial Nurse, she was also the trivia queen, her love of trivia shone. some friends and I met her in Thailand when she was working in Saudi Arabia. We remained in touch through the years and she did let us West Coaster friends know what she was going through from diagnosis. My condolences to all her family and friends. Tanya will not be forgotten ❤️
