Your dad/grandfather/great grandfather, all relatives , friends, will always remember Ernie .
Jim and I had the pleasure of meeting him and sitting outside at the seasonal campgrounds laughing and sharing a drink.
He had a remarkable sense of humour. He had no problems bringing joy and a smile to anyone who was in his presence.
May he Rest In Peace and be dancing amongst the stars . Love Iris and Jim.
Uncle Ernie, you and Auntie Doris sure added a lot of fun to my childhood (and I know that was true for Dina and Erik, too). Thank you for your great sense of humour and your wonderful example, as a husband, father and uncle. I’ll miss you. Thank you for your great service to our country during WW2. I know it meant you had to grow up fast, and so many of us appreciate that sacrifice that you made for us. I loved you…
