Lee, Archie Welford – Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Saturday, October 29, 2016, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Beaton), and loving father to Stan (Cindy), Lynne Lambertus and Michael. Step-father to Virginia (Ron Haggith), Terry Moore, Bonny Roarke (Rick) and Tim Moore. Archie will be sadly missed by his 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 9 great great-grandchildren and his brother John (Maggie). Predeceased by his brother Joe and sister Erie. Friends will be received by the family on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Turner Family Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas, where the Funeral for Archie will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Cremation to follow. Expressions of sympathy to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Archie Lee is one of the best men that I have known in my life time he was a true follower for my husband Jeff Caputo and I Laurie with our music and we became friends many years ago . Together we have been through lots of hard times and he always stood tall and fought the battles . He was a very strong willed man but now needs to rest . He is at least peaceful with no more pain and struggling. Jeff will be there with you Archie and now you can just relax and enjoy the Heavenly music you’ve always liked . RIP my friend. I have known Archie and Shirley for over 25 years. He was a true gentleman with a kind heart and he adored Shirley. He will be missed. Our condolences to the Family.
