Johnson, Delores “Laurie” (nee Sheldon) – Called home to be with her Lord, peacefully at St. Joseph’s Villa Nursing Home in Dundas on Sunday, December 14, 2014. Beloved wife of David Johnson, loved and cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to Leanne and Paul Yates, Rachel and Jeremy, Carlie, Clayton, and Caleb Snoddon, Matthew and Tyler Yates, James Buhlman, Sandra and Colin Regnerus, Jeff and Erica, Kris, Dayva, Drew, and Aaron Regnerus, Phil and Debbie, Vanessa and Bailey Johnson. Visitation to take place on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at the Cattel, Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas, where the Service for Laurie will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to World Vision Canada. Thank you to the wonderful staff at St. Joseph’s Villa especially for their loving care of mom.
Desi and i will sadly miss you as our favorite neighbor . i enjoyed our walks in the evening . and sharing ice cream with you and Dave and all the good laughs on your front porch . Laurie you where a beautiful and smart lady and a great listener . my prayers and condolence to you Dave and family .
