Peacefully on Friday, December 5, 2014 in his 57th year. Cherished father of loving sons Kris (Sara) and Tyler (Jessica). Survived by his parents Harold and Margaret of Dundas, brother Art (Teresa) and predeceased by his brother Harold. Also sadly missed by his grandchildren Madison, Macy and Marissa. Peter worked at Stelco for over 30 years. A special thanks to all the staff at Sunrise Lodge for their dedication to Peter as well as the Brain Injury Clinic for all of the support and care they provided. Peter was well liked and known for always smiling. Friends will be received by the family on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Cattel, Eaton & Chambers Funeral Home, 53 Main Street Dundas. Cremation to follow and a private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brain Injury Services or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
Peter made every day that I came to work a happy occasion with a smiling welcome. He was always ready with a smile or a joke to lighten my day. He would always try to offer to help the staff and other residents. Peter always spoke so lovingly of his parents. I will miss his sunny ways and our talks at work.
